Who is Nurse Testing?
NurseTesting.com was originally founded by Ron Gonzalez MS, BSN in 2003. Ron has more than 14 years experience in the Healthcare Industry. He has earned his nursing degree from the Lewis A. Wilson School of Nursing, and his Masters degree from Phoenix University.
The first six years of Ron's career he worked as a Staff Nurse at a local hospital. The last eight years, Ron worked within the healthcare staffing industry. He started as a Per-Diem Nurse, then moved to a Senior Level Recruiter, and then finished as the Director of Healthcare Operations.
Ron designed NurseTesting.com with the needs of both nurses and healthcare staffing industry in mind. He wanted something that was convenient for nurses, yet effective for staffing agencies. His belief in creating a gold standard of competency testing would elevate the quality of services provided by healthcare staffing companies and also provide tangible results to the nurses for better patient care.
As CEO, his roles involve managing and directing NurseTesting's growth while ensuring that all customers receive the quality service and healthcare staffing solutions that exceed their expectations. The goal of NurseTesting is to build long-term relationships with customers based upon an in-depth understanding of their organization's unique requirements combined with an easy to use online system.
